December Gratitude

Like most of us, 2020 has been hard on my household. Much has happened and many tears have been spilled. Howver we have also had the opportunity to learn and grow. We collectively try to react less and act more, we try to think about our actions and their knock on effects.. So in contemplating a constructive way to celebrate the end of 2020, I got the idea to put a simple campaign together to introduce some of my favourite benefits of gratitude -because as we have all learnt, gratitude is a powerful tool

Below is an ongoing collection of short posts that at will appear over the December period. They are designed more as a post-it-note reminder and the opportunity to use my prototype “Gratitude Bot” to help you notice moments where you can practise a little gratitude.
