And so in my final post, on the final day of 2020 what better benefit can we explore than the outlook we have on life and how a little gratitude can make a big difference

Did you know the human brain is almost hard-wired to automatically, intensely, focus on the negative?. In CBT (a popular and effective form of therapy) this is a propensity know as “rumination”. Gratitude is being increasingly recognised as a practise that helps us pivot that into a more positive and helpful outlook to life… interested? … see below
